Tax on Purchases. In accordance with local law, your Canadian Washroom Products online purchases will be subject to a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13%. If the tax rate changes before your purchase is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order ships will apply.

Payment. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. The Canadian Washroom Products online store accepts a variety of payment methods using the PayPal payment system. Information on acceptable payment methods will be shown on the checkout page when completing a purchase. Canadian Washroom Products has elected to use the PayPal system to ensure the protection of your private financial information.

Returns. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return by e-mailing us at onlineorders@cwp-inc.com For eligible products, you have up to 5 calendar days from the time you receive the item to initiate a return. Items ineligible for a return include:
- items that do not have all original packaging available to return with the product
- items which have been installed (or partially installed)
- items which have any physical damage or markings caused by the customer
- items which have had any protective wrapping removed
- custom-sized items or special-order items
- due to custom colour and sizes, all toilet partition orders are NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND
- due to custom colour and sizes, all locker orders are NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND
Upon receipt of a request for a return of item,Canadian Washroom Products will confirm whether such item is returnable and issue a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The customer may then return the item, at its cost, to Canadian Washroom Products's warehouse location: 5024 South Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7L 5Y7, Attention: Returns, referencing the RGA number. Within 5 days following receipt of the item and inspection of the goods, Canadian Washroom Products will issue a refund for the item. Please note that all refunds shall be based on the purchase price of the item less a 35% re-stocking fee. There shall be no refund for any shipping costs for the product.

Shipping. Items ship as they become available. Canadian Washroom Products does everything possible to ship within the indicated lead times, but does not guarantee these lead times. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Canadian Washroom Products online store. You will receive a shipment notification email for each shipment with the carrier's name and tracking information, if available. Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with carrier and tracking information. [NTD. This all needs to be reviewed by GAM based on discussions with Canada Post] The Canadian Washroom Products online store sells and ships items only within the boundaries of Canada. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside of Canada. If there are problems with your shipment, please contact us at onlineorders@cwp-inc.com .
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Canadian Washroom Products is not a manufacturer and does not have its own Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). MSDS are available from our manufacturers and we will be pleased to provide it to you upon request. If you require MSDS information, please contact us at info@cwp-inc.com .
Warranty Information
All of our products come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, a copy of which is available upon request. Canadian Washroom Products does not warranty manufacturing defects, as this is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you require warranty information, please contact us at info@cwp-inc.com .
